Why I Started The Lumora Advisory Collective

Over the years, I’ve seen one truth repeat itself: in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle businesses, the staff is the brand. Clients may walk in for a treatment or a product, but what keeps them coming back is the human experience—how they were seen, cared for, and remembered.

But here’s the challenge I kept hearing from founders and leaders:“We’re great at the service. We struggle with the people part—finding the right talent, keeping them engaged, and building a culture that actually lasts.”

That gap inspired me to launch The Lumora Advisory Collective.

We exist to help high-touch businesses—luxury med spas, boutique medical practices, salons, fitness and wellness brands, and product founders—turn their teams into their greatest competitive advantage.
